LLANTRISANT, WALES — After an intensive four-week transformation, Llantrisant & Pontyclun Golf Club is thrilled to announce the official reopening of its clubhouse doors today. The highly anticipated refurbishment brings a fresh, premium, and modern aesthetic to the venue, creating a comfortable and welcoming space for both esteemed members and visiting guests.
Whether you are finishing a round of golf, looking for a superb local lunch spot, or simply wanting to relax with excellent coffee in a beautiful setting, the newly revitalized clubhouse is open to everyone.
A Premium Space with New Culinary Standards
The four-week closure has allowed the club to completely reimagine its hospitality offering. Alongside the physical transformation into a modern, comfortable, and premium environment, the club has invested heavily in its culinary team. With new chefs, enhanced front-of-house staff, and elevated service standards, the food and drink experience has been entirely revamped to match the impressive new surroundings.
Introducing The Clubhouse 1927 & The Return of a Breakfast Favorite
To cater to all tastes and schedules, Llantrisant & Pontyclun Golf Club is launching new menus and welcoming back beloved classics:
- Porky’s Breakfast Returns: The legendary Porky’s breakfast is back and doing what it does best! Served Monday to Saturday, from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM (and yes, this proudly includes Tuesdays).
- The Clubhouse 1927: From 12:00 PM onwards, the venue transitions to The Clubhouse 1927 menus—a brand-new, elevated, and premium dining concept showcasing the skills of the new kitchen team.
Dining Service Hours:
- Breakfast (Porky’s): Monday – Saturday, 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- Lunch: Daily, 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM
- Evening Menu: Wednesday – Saturday, 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM (Starting this Wednesday)
- Sunday Dinners: Sundays, 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM
